Seascape summer # 2 Kids playing / water - strand

Seascape summer # 2 Kids playing / water
24x30 cm, oil on canvas panel
The effects of light. I will never get tired of. I will never fully understand. In here, for me, is a turning point; I didn't paint the sea as to be the sea. I just looked at color. Movement. There's no -1- right way of painting anything of course. There are millions of ways.

I love the broad strokes and these lovely neutral tones. For me, the painting doesn't need the figures..

Like thisVERY much Roos, you seem to be getting a bit abstract now, love it!

beautiful work, Roos! Your painting caught my attention on Daily Painters. You are just "saying enough" with bold brush strokes and let the eye-brain connection complete the image. I love it!
