The "Cow-book" is finally done. Yes a month late according to my calendar, but as David Allan (book: "Get things done") says: "FEEL GOOD ABOUT THE THINGS YOU'RE NOT DOING". To explain: No matter how hard you work, there will be loose ends always. Filing those (in a action/outcome-plan file system) will get it all out of your (nagging) head, letting you focus on one thing at the time. I believe it truely works. I bought the audio book. And it's on repeat...
