Stood in a snow blizzard a friday on the beach, armed with umbrella (holding left) and brush (right) finishing a seascape unwilling to throw in the towl- Wish someone had taken a picture at that beach moment! Couldn't see anything- except my almost finished painting.
It was magical in the blizzard. And suddenly clear blue arose again. Funny. On first impuls you want to run for shelter. In this case even duct tape would be of no use. I was amazed that I could wrap it up quick. (the painting was done when the snow stopped).
Seascape winter 16 Just before the (snow) blizzard, 24x30 cm, €675,- exhibited (available) at Galerie van Veen/Dordrecht March 3rd until May 12th.
