Seascape winter 19 "Clouds"

"Moving matter" a favorite topic in my recent video topic enquiry (on fb). I find that if I don't stop in the beginning or half way there I can paint 3 paintings on top of each other, later realising I lost the 2 under. So- in this case: (clouds) don't chase moving matter- but choose. Decide for a design/light effect. (And stick to it- IF you think/find it will/does work.)
