Landscape winter 8 Sheep and light (available)

This painting needed 'three more brushstrokes' since I had created it a while ago. But even those tiny ajustments I rather do on location. Today I could finish it, having had unexpected snowfall and sun! What a relief. Those 'have to do something about it soon' ones I don't want to see to much of. I bet this resonates with other artists reading this :) Finish or destroy? It would feel better. Ending loose ends.

Seascape winter 8 Sheep and light€ 750,- 24x30 cm, oil on canvaspanel, framed white wash.
March 28th until May 12th exhibited in Stadsmuseum Woerden.

Completey agree! Did that to a small painting yesterday, it was really bugging me and I wasn't sure why but it was unfinished. Win it or lose it I was very bold and after half an hour it was a winner!

Dear Nigel! Good for you! Often they could be so easily a winner. What did you do? Did you do a up side downer? Mirror? I have two needing to get finished. I'll try it- maybe in evening light and up side down. The other is in need of a sunset. Guess that one will have to wait :)
